Jupiter In Pisces 2022 ~ Enjoy This Trip…

Jupiter in Pisces 2022 is a transit we have all been waiting for. Why? Because Jupiter rules Pisces, and he has spent far too long in signs where he is totally restricted from doing his thang. Even if he wanted to throw caution to the wind, he couldn’t because Saturn has been keeping his beady authoritarian eyes on his fun-loving brother, like a CTV camera.

During this period, it’s been evident that technology (instead of being our ‘friend’) has been spying on us. With both Saturn and Jupiter in Aquarius, it’s been full-on surveillance, plus we have had the Saturn square Uranus to contend with, too, making it a techno tyrant.

But now, finally, from December 28 2021, Jupiter can break free from his Saturnian restrictions, which will hopefully make life a whole lot easier for all of us. The last time Jupiter was in Pisces was from 1998/99. Before that, it was 1986/87, and it is a twelve-year cycle.

Jupiter Conjunct Neptune 2009

In 2022 Jupiter will form a conjunction with Pisces’ modern ruler Neptune in Pisces. This conjunction last occurred in 2009 in Aquarius. It happened three times due to its retrograding, which made 2009 a very Jupiter/Neptune year.

The conjunction fell bang on my natal 9th house Mars. It brought me astrology as a full-time career and a very long-distance marriage to an Australian astrologer! (Ended in 2013.) Yes, with Jupiter and Neptune, you think anything is possible!

As for 2009 generally, it did seem like an ‘Anything is possible’ year. Barach Obama became the first African American President of the USA. In 2009 ‘Avatar’ became the highest-grossing movie ever, and ‘Twilight Saga: New Moon” was the most purchased DVD in 2009. The fantasy film ‘Avatar’ had terrific special effects, and ‘Twilight’ also brought us the supernatural theme.

Jupiter Conjunct Neptune In Pisces

Jupiter conjunct Neptune has not happened in Pisces since March 1856 and before that February 1690. So you can see how rare this event is! It is also significant because both planets rule Pisces and are sympathetic to each other. If there was ever a conjunction that signifies a spiritual awakening, then this is it! Needless to say, it should make us all incredibly intuitive and some of us extra-psychic. Did it make people extra-sensory in the past? It’s a phenomenon that would be hard to record.

1856 Seances & Opium*

Neptune was discovered in 1846. Ten years later it will make its conjunction with Jupiter to seal the deal. Victorians were fascinated by the supernatural and seances using Oujia boards became popular. Taking mind-altering substances may also have fuelled this blurring of dimensions.

Sailors brought opium from their travels, and the East End docks became notorious for their brothels and opium dens. Many famous Victorian writers were addicted to Laudanum, a herbal ailment remedy that was 10% Opium. You could buy it from your local chemist!

So it will be hard to assess the effect of this conjunction in modern times as their meeting is not always experienced on the material level. You can more easily see Jupiter conjunct Neptune’s impact on music and art, so it should undoubtedly fuel the imagination of artists when it occurs.

1690 Baroque Cathedrals*

1690 was the height of baroque architecture, a fine example being the Chapel of the Holy Shroud in Turin, Italy, completed in that year. All the artistry was found within the great Baroque Cathedrals of the time rather than in individual artists works.

The Baroque style with its over-the-top swirls and embellishments is so very Jupiter conjunct Neptune in Pisces!

In 1856 the pre-raphaelite artists were prominent, and the National portrait gallery is established in London. The pre-raphaelite movement’s style was very romantic, feminine and ethereal.

Jupiter conjunction Neptune also has those dreamy, flowing, fairytale qualities. Much was made of Jupiter conjunction Saturn in Aquarius, that it could be a messiah or herald the age of Aquarius. But instead, it seemed to bring much more of an Anti-christ vibration. Negative Aquarius has zero empathy!

Jupiter Conjunct Neptune 2022*

However, I have very high hopes for the Jupiter conjunct Neptune in Pisces, which will occur on April 12 2022. I hope this does not mean deception on a grand scale! This watery pair can be highly deluded, and a lot depends on the state of the collective’s soul. Feelings of unity and oneness become essential or there will be great sadness in solitude. The spiritually evolved should really flourish under this conjunction however.

If enough people wake up to the truth (positive Jupiter), that should help elevate the rest who are not quite there yet. Is 10% of the population enough to enlighten all? Let’s hope! Jupiter is optimistic, and Neptune is the great dreamer. After Jupiter/Saturn’s lonely ‘social distancing’ in Aquarius, we are well overdue for the blissful connection the Jupiter/Neptune in Pisces can bring.

Neptune In Pisces 2012 Until 2026*

Neptune has been in Pisces properly since 2012. That date promised so much in terms of awakening, but it seemed to be just hype in the end. Maybe Neptune was just waiting for Jupiter to sprinkle its fairy dust over it?

In any case, awakening does just not happen overnight. It is a process. Neptune leaves Pisces in 2026, so this Jupiter conjunction Neptune in 2022 could be our peak Neptune in Pisces experience. We could be flooded with love and light, or we could just experience floods!

Jupiter conjunction Neptune is biblical in its energy. Jupiter conjunction Neptune is not the most grounded conjunction, and we could be easily swept away on a tidal wave of euphoria. Religion could make a comeback, or we just realize the importance of a spiritual practice no matter what colour or creed it is. There may be moves to create a world religion to control us further, so we must keep aware of that.

Brave New World & Soma*

Drugs are another possibility. I’m thinking of the drug Soma in the book ‘Brave New World’ Soma: Huxley took the name for the drug used by the state to control the population after the Vedic ritual drink Soma, inspired by his interest in Indian mysticism.”

Enlightenment through entheogens is a possibility. More people may seek escape from the restrictions of the west to the culture of South America and such like where they experience the mind expansion of drugs like Ayuaschsa. In Europe, magic mushrooms could become more popular.

Jupiter conjunction Neptune is also very magical. The supernatural will be a massive trend in fashion and pop culture. We already had it with Harry Potter back in the ’90s. (The first three books came out 1997/99 at the last conjunction.) but we should see a revival of that kind of genre in 2022.

Jupiter In Pisces Decans Meaning

Now let’s look at Jupiter in Pisces through the decans. Just a short summary for each but members can get the more in-depth interpretations on each of the decan posts.

Jupiter In Pisces Decan 1 ~ December 28, 2021, to February 12, 2022

Studying the mechanics of soul evolution is up for the collective when Jupiter transits Pisces decan 1. Used the right way Jupiter transit Pisces 1 gives us a feeling of personal luck and that we have protection from angels, the source, spirit guides or whatever you like to call them/it. It gives us optimism and faith that everything is as it should be. However, there is a danger of spiritual bypassing with this position, and we will need to guard against naivete.

Jupiter In Pisces Decan 2 ~ February 13 to March 26 2022

Pisces 2 is the most artistic and temperamental side of Pisces, but with artistry comes glamour and with glamour comes deceit! Coppock says of Pisces decan 2 that it “contains tricksters, liars who try to paint the portraits of their understandings and sculpt the form of their visions”.

We have certain obligations in our material life and need to support our families. However, we also have a moral obligation to the eternal and the future of this planet. So we could find ourselves torn between the worship of mammon and cultivating our spiritual soul.

Jupiter In Pisces Decan 3 ~ March 26 to May 11, 2022 * & October 29 to December 21, 2022.

During this transit, we are in a war for possession of our souls. The collective summons up the spiritual warrior. At the end of the zodiac line, it is about utter annihilation or rebirth. Heaven or hell? So the day of judgement is upon us! I realize I have made many religious references in this post, but it’s rather hard to avoid them with Jupiter in Pisces. As I have said before, we are currently living in biblical times. Will there be floods? Will there be a second coming? Will there be alien disclosure? Probably all three. With Jupiter in Pisces, anything is possible.

What will Jupiter In Pisces Mean for you?

Jupiter generally brings luck and expansion into the house that it transits. So for the next year, you should see things improve and grow where it falls. However, with Jupiter in Pisces, it should bring even more success than usual! Quite magical in fact.

So if you missed out on the goodies with Jupiter in Aquarius, dare to dream the impossible with Jupiter in Pisces. Jupiter conjunction Neptune will fall in the same house, and in those areas you should find your intuition working extra strong for you. For example, if it falls in your 2nd house of cash, you might do very well on the stock market!

My 2022 Horoscopes show you how Jupiter in Pisces will work for you.

*Jupiter will enter Aries on May 12, 2022, for a few months before re-entering Pisces again on October 29, 2022.
