Ceres Lilith Aspects ~ Stolen Childhood

All Lilith Ceres aspects represents the epitome of the Persephone archetype. The most powerful theme here revolves around the notion of having a stolen childhood or even being one who steals a child (Either their energy or literally). Lilith trine Ceres or Lilith sextile Ceres should, in theory, be less dark than Lilith square Ceres or Lilith opposite Ceres, but I found there can still be elements of sorrow and child abuse even with the softer aspects. As with all the dark goddess aspects, we can always choose to transcend these planetary configurations!

Lilith Conjunction Ceres

Individuals with Lilith conjunct Ceres tend to mature quickly and assume responsibilities beyond their years. Themes may include the loss of children, the inability to conceive, or the early death of a child. The first two examples mentioned, the abduction of Madeleine and the death of child star Lena Zavaroni from anorexia, embody the prominent Persephone themes. Madeleine’s mother believed she was abducted by a pedophile (symbolized by Pluto), and Lena’s anorexia reflects the famine/winter aspect of Demeter’s sorrow, which brought eternal winter and starvation upon the earth after losing her daughter to the underworld.

However, it is worth noting that this aspect can also manifest positively, such as when someone rises from poverty to achieve great wealth and fame. Oprah serves as a prime example of a Ceres mother figure for abused women and a role model for women from disadvantaged backgrounds. Oprah’s story demonstrates that race or poverty should not hinder one’s success. Despite experiencing childhood abuse and being mostly raised by her grandmother, she has become one of the wealthiest women on the planet. Among the listed celebrities, some shine brightly like Ceres’ eternal spring, while others embody a darker energy (such as Aldrete, Philips, and Manson).

In my view, Ceres/Lilith represents the aspect of the witch or herbalist, as it signifies a strong connection with plants and the ability to create potent healing potions. Sometimes this inclination takes the form of artistic talent, while other times it may lead to a tendency to indulge in Lilith’s forbidden fruit, potentially leading to dangerous situations when combined with Ceres’ association with the poppy and opiates. If an individual with this aspect has experienced significant pain in their life, the temptation to numb it with narcotics may be strong.
