Solar Eclipse 26 February 2017 ~ Sacred Geometry

Solar Eclipse February 2017The Solar eclipse February 2017 has the potential to be extremely euphoric and inspiring. It really depends on what you make of it. This kind of energy doesn’t do well in idle hands! Pick up a guitar, paintbrush or keyboard and get creative. Otherwise donate to your favourite charity or sponsor creators you enjoy online. This eclipse asks you to be generous and have faith that the energy you give out will come back to you threefold. Investing in artistic projects or restoring antiques is also well starred.

Solar Eclipse February 2017 ~ Summary

The theme of the family and ancestral karma is highlighted and there may also be an inheritance of artistic gifts passed down through the generations. Those who are touched by this Solar Eclipse may find that creativity blossoms through connecting with ancestors. Grandparents might find themselves teaching their grandchild skills such as baking or learning an instrument. It could just be the passing on of some plain old-fashioned good advice.

Eclipse Polarisation

The fortunate star Skat makes the Solar Eclipse February 2017 one that is less fearful than your average eclipse. However we cannot ignore the fact Mars ignites the Uranus/Jupiter opposition. It seems like there are two options of how to experience this eclipse. Indeed western civilisation itself is divided. There are those who want to make America, Britain, themselves, whatever… great again and those who think the past was never great and see it as a never-ending stream of victimisation.

In the Solar Eclipse February 2017, Neptune can either play the eternal victim or it can have a spiritual awakening, bowing down to something greater than itself. The ironic thing about ‘getting religion/spiritual’, (through shamanism, buddhism or even regular Christianity) is it is about thinking outside of yourself. Bowing down the the godhead/universe/Sol whatever you want to call it, takes you out of narcissism and selfishness. It trains your will-power. It encourages you to make sacrifices, and rein in your wilder desires and material greed. Not everything we desire is good for us! We all know the pain suffered after an abusive relationship (based on love addiction.) ends. (See Dark Cupid post)

Revival Of The Sacred

Solar Eclipse February 2017The Neptunian theme takes us into higher dimensions, yet Ceres keeps us also connected to the earth. An wise old oak tree is a good symbol for Ceres/Neptune, as are sacred herbs. Michelangelo used his art to uplift consciousness which is what all sacred art and music did.

The sacred geometry of great churches and cathedrals are great artistic creations which shows what divinity can come out of a human being. Often times these churches are built on the sights of old temples and lay lines. So the connection between uplifting art, spirituality and earth currents is very strong at this Solar Eclipse.

The Solar eclipse February 2017 might well start a rejection of degenerate and nihilistic post-modern art. Shocking, boundary-pushing and purposefully disgusting themes have been done to death. The clash between the left and the right is shown in Jupiter opposite Uranus, but I have yet to figure out which side is which! Each contains the other really, like the Yin/Yang symbol. Personally I see Uranus as the new right wing, since they are the ones being banned from Twitter and facing censorship on Youtube. (In times past Uranus will have been the left. Times change!)

Mars conjunct Uranus could be the Left-ist/Antifa demonstrations which have turned violent. Jupiter could represent the Abrahamic religions too. You can read this opposition in many ways. The point is there is definitely a very strong polarisation happening now. Those who used to sit on the fence are now being forced to drop over to one side or the other. Building walls forces people to make a choice, which side can you live with? Which side do you want your children to live with in the future?
