Virgo Decan 1 may have to deal with some mental challenges as Mercury passes opposite your decan from February 14 to 19. Mercury here heralds a busy time where you might feel rushed and have difficulty concentrating. Arguments are likely if you try to force your opinions onto others. This is not the most ideal time to ask for too much from others or to make concrete plans. There is too much opposition around at the moment so delay any important decisions if you can and be suspicious if others try to talk you into things, especially signing up for contacts or buying stuff you really don’t need. Getting along with people might be more difficult now because your will and ego are stimulated and others will notice you are more concerned about your goals and plans then in theirs. Decan 2 Virgo February 2012 

Virgo Decan 2 will be fired up and this month as Mars passes through your decan from February 12 to March 13. This is a very powerful transit which only occurs every two years. It gives a tremendous increase in energy and ego, and an urge to get exactly want you want, to have your desires fulfilled. This is very positive as you will compete hard to win and the self confidence and drive from Mars means that you will be able to achieve a lot during this time. This is a hot, physical and aggressive transit. Sex, fighting and sport are all favored. Your animal urges will be strong and others will be attracted to this sexy creative energy. Mars will make you more courageous and bold, and this is OK so long as you take time to think about how your actions and desires might affect the people you care about. This will be especially important from February 19 to 25 when Mercury is opposite Mars in the sky, so that Mercury is opposite your decan. Mercury rules your thinking and how you communicate, Mars is aggression and passion. This opposition affects Virgo decan 2 most strongly and you will be required to remain consciously aware of how your thoughts and actions will affect outcomes. There will be a tendency toward hasty decisions, rash actions, nasty words and insults during these days from February 19 to 25. Think twice, or three times before reacting in an aggressive manner. Virgo Decan 3 starts this month with Venus opposite your decan, and ends the month with Mercury opposite your decan, with a couple of weeks gap in between. These oppositions can cause some stress in your life but are only short lived. The Venus opposition from February 1 to 8 will increase activity in the love and relationship department, and you will feel like indulging in pleasure more than going to work. With relationships, you may want more than you are prepared to give, or you may find that someone else demands to much of you. Whichever way, these could be a big difference in the levels of love and affection, resulting in disappointment or feelings of rejection. With your finances, be mindful of a tendency now to spend too much and things you don’t really need or that are not good value. The negative side of Venus can also show in an urge to pig out on food, alcohol or drugs. From February 25 to March 2, Mercury passing opposite your decan can cause some communication difficulties. Thinking can be more narrow or opinionated than usual which could get you into arguments. It would be wise to look for compromises now but also beware of others taking advantage of your rushed thinking. Do not let yourself be swayed by trickster salespeople.
